breathing fire

I keep having food guilt trip me into actually cooking it. Result: spiciest
food I have ever personally cooked. Woo!

1 small can ro-tel tomatoes, extra hot (chile + habanero)
1/2 jar of $decentpremadesauce (ragu, prego, etc)
3 links of Emeril's Habanero Sausage, sliced small.

Cook for some variant of time resembling a while (1 hour+) , and serve
over pasta. Mom and I tried this without the extra chiles but cooked
for at least 4 or 5 hours, which got the flavors of the sausage really
well into the red sauce. This is the kind of silly madness that happens
when you have italians marrying cajuns.
