getting fixed

Call up IBM, "my burner is dead send me a new one," they say
back, "OK, done." The hardest part of the call was spelling
my street name.

Still no word on the deductible from my insurance, though,
might end up having to eat the cost thanks to the first adjuster
being really, really stupid. Talked to the regional manager
at Progressive about the whole deal and someone else is working
on it now.
