senior standing

I officially have 92 credits and change at UNO, as I did
pass all three classes. B's in Diff Eq and CS Theory, and
an A in French. I got out with my sanity, but only barely.

This means that after six years, I am no longer a junior
in college. Sweet!

"Lots of people go to college for 6 years"

"Yeah, they're called doctors."

Congrats!!!!! Glad you're still sane!

Congratulations! You should try and time the next big school milestone (I'll not mention it by name so as not to jinx things) to occur near mardi gras one year then you can have a big ol' party. :)

Thanks y'all!

In my defense, I was not in school for four of those years...

Hey Candice, Happy holidays and Happy New Year!
Congrats!

I'm actually heading back to Quebec to finish a degree that I almost finished 6 years ago. I have a few semesters left. I want to go to graduate school in Taiwan.

Going to school part time is really hard. I used to work full time and go to school part time. It wasn't a good fit for me. In the end it got too much, which is why I stopped. However now, I see it as a challenge and I do not plan on working full time during my studies.

It's a mathematics degree.

I actually work better while working and going to school, it puts me on more of a schedule and I just allocate homework time.

Mind you, I don't sleep a hell of a lot, but it does get done.

Is your wife coming along or is she going to stay?
